Windsor Forest College Group is looking for an Equine Yard Manager to join the BCA team on a full-time basis.

Equine Yard Manager

Working as the Equine Yard Manager the successful candidate will ideally be an experienced horse rider and caretaker, capable of leading the yard team in all aspects of their role. Due to the nature of this role, the Equine Yard Manager can be expected to work 5 days per week on a 5 in 7 basis.

You will be required to check, maintain and uphold standards for the operation of the Equine Centre, including Equine Welfare, discipline, health, cleanliness and tidiness and the safeguarding of students.

Create, manage, provide practical teaching and maintain an innovative, collaborative and inspiring Equine teaching facility.

And provide line management and contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Equine Centre to meet industry expectations, curriculum and commercial objectives.
