This position is for a driven, supportive and versatile Assistant Financial Accountant. The role is estimated 12 months initially and would be supporting the finance team through a very exciting time.

Description
- Support the Accounting & Finance team in their daily tasks
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Preparation of subsidiary accounts
- Assisting with preparation of statutory accounts
- Assist with audits when necessary
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
- Assisting with monthly maintenance of IFRS data and calculations
- Analysing data and assisting with calculations relating to IFRS
- Continuously manage and support budget and forecast activities
- Collaborate with fellow colleagues to achieve financial objectives
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
A successful Assistant Financial Accountant should have:
- Previous experience working within an assistant financial accountant position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting theory and financial reporting
- High proficiency in all aspects of international financial reporting standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
