Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initial triage of assets added to our repair system within a timely manner
- Carry out repairs and maintenance of equipment within appropriate timescales
- Routine Electrical testing (PAT)
- LOLER inspections
- Servicing of customer equipment
- Supporting priority request and queries about equipment from other parts of the building.
- Supporting the Asset and Maintenance Manager with ordering spare parts and coordination of returning kit to manufacturers for repair where required.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team maintaining tools and prep equipment
- Supporting Warehouse projects
Technical Skills
- Proven IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access applications and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of an internal e-mail system and electronic diary is essential.
- Experience repairing and maintaining equipment used within the live event and entertainment industry or repair experience that is clearly equivalent and transferable
- General understanding or awareness of technologies used within the live event and entertainment industry and industry trends
