Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Role Type: Temp 6 months

Hours: 37.5 - 8.30-4.30 and 9-5.

Salary: £14.66 PAYE - £15.22 Umbrella

Location: Bristol

You'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience and ensuring all queries are resolved to satisfaction.

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to proactively seek solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional, positive, and customer-focused experiences
  • Provide end-to-end customer service, including the identification and initiation of repair requests and proactive communication with colleagues and contractors to resolve queries.
  • Remaining calm and composed, diffuse difficult situations, and escalate safeguarding concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
  • Handle personal and sensitive information confidentially and contribute to team and individual performance measures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, championing diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in contact centre and customer service roles.
  • Working knowledge of Housing Management and Asset Management systems.
  • Experience in providing a home repair service and familiarity with housing-related matters.
