We are seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to join an established, project-focused organisation on an interim basis (initially for 3 months with the potential for extension).
This is an immediate opportunity to become part of a well-known organisation during a period of exciting change. You'll be in a highly visible role with the opportunity to directly influence company strategy and drive key initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:
- Leading on short, medium and long-term budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborating with the Finance Business Partners to ensure effective communication of key business information to senior leadership.
- Redesigning the forecasting and budgeting processes, implementing and utilising modern financial modelling tools to provide scenario-based models
- Overseeing treasury management, assessing investment decisions and evaluating working capital requirements
- Working closely with the CFO to assess new capital-raising and refinancing initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement programmes for processes and systems
What you will need:
- Experience in a similar role, such as: FP&A Manager / FP&A Analyst / Financial Planning Analyst / Finance Business Partner / Finance Analyst / Finance Manager / Management Accountant
- To be a qualified finance professional ( ACCA / CIMA / ACA ) with significant post-qualification experience
- Extensive experience in FP&A and treasury management, particularly in investment and working capital decisions
- Proven ability to operate at senior levels within an organisation, with strong communication and strategic thinking skills
- Ideally, experience in a project/capex-oriented business
- Working knowledge of Excel and Power BI
