We are looking for a Production Operative to join our busy and growing organisation. The Production Operative will produce agreed levels of quality product, through the successful operation of various machines, while adhering and positively contributing to health and safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce products in line with Company output rates.
- Follow production schedules as required and meet deadlines.
- Fill in the required SAP information and downtime data.
- To produce good quality product in line with the Quality guidelines.
- Record any scrap on the system.
- Fault find on daily generic issues, escalating complex faults to the Team Leader.
- Inspection of production first offs to ensure rejects are not passed on through the process and high standards of quality are achieved.
Required experience/skills/qualifications:
- Good attention to detail to highlight any issues or defects.
- Competent IT user.
Desirable experience/skills:
- Understanding of mechanical production techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP
