Victoria/ Westminister: Advisory/finance to £55,000

Are you a personable, calm and proactive EA looking to support someone who really appreciates his EA and values initiative, hard work and high quality? An inspirational entrepreneur who is extremely dynamic, commercially astute, driven, and who is working on a multitude of new projects at any one time, needs you!
You will be working with a real collaborator, team player and someone who encourages his EA to be involved with his projects and attend networking initiatives, events/dinners, whilst offering seamless inbox, diary and meeting planning support. The role will see you attending business meetings and engaging with key clients so exceptional written and spoken communication skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will have solid previous one-to-one EA experience, be well presented, articulate and someone who is self-organised & confident in communicating comfortably to a range of people/levels and able to organise themselves diligently to help support the wider office. You will be engaging regularly with senior stakeholders so we are looking for someone who has enthusiasm, gravitas and confidence. This is a smaller office environment so we are looking for someone who is flexible, hands on and real team player.
- complex diary scheduling/ diary management (Outlook)
- Extensive and efficient email correspondence- drafting emails on behalf of the CEO
- Booking flights, taxis & accommodation as required
- Co-ordinating complex travel itineraries
- Organising daily schedules and meeting preparation for CEO
- Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings and arrange meetings /agendas
- Organising summer drinks/events, annual company away weekend (accommodation, flights, restaurant bookings, activities, strategy packs, logistics) and Christmas parties
- Adhoc private PA duties for CEO & family, including travel, restaurant bookings, itineraries
- Overseeing the creation of documents, including their formatting, printing, binding and distribution
- Processing of expenses
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
