We are currently working with a large primary school in Winsford who need a long-term year 2 teacher starting ASAP for the rest of the summer term. The role could be extended for the 2024/2025 academic year.
This "Ofsted" Good Primary School is looking for a passionate KS1 teacher to join their team delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Your new role
You will have full class teacher responsibilities, including attending parents' evening and supporting with extracurricular activities.
- Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assessing students' progress and providing feedback
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting students with their social and emotional development
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful with your application, you will need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in year 2
- A passion for working with children and helping them to achieve their full potential
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A current DBS on the update service or be willing to acquire one through Hays
- Relevant experience with available reference
