What You Will Do
- Maintain a high level of quality, providing maximum satisfaction to all stakeholders, providing 1st fix response to fault finding with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry & decorating skills.
- Provide infrastructure, facilities, and building maintenance.
- Ensure H&S is adhered to and improved across the site.
- Carry out equipment and plant condition appraisals.
- Comply with organizational safety policies and procedures and identify hazards and reduce them.
- Diagnose simple faults and test, repair domestic water, Sanitation systems, Basic Single and three-phase electrical installation repairs.
What You Will Bring
- Skilled in buildings maintenance.
- Background of maintaining equipment within a services/utilities environment.
- CMMS System experience.
- IEE Wiring regulations qualification.
- Strong health and safety awareness.
