Your new role
You will be tasked initially with developing the already highly qualified team, alongside supporting the Head of Reporting in the transition of building out the finance team, which is a big part of their growth project. The role will include adhering to a strict timelines to produce a robust UK consolidated P&L month-end close, alongside management of the group consolidation process and reporting output alongside the associated commentary. Insightful reporting, alongside reviewing of group interim and statutory accounts and UK subsidiary statutory accounts will also be key in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with previous experience of dealing within complex accounting structures. You'll have strong communication skills and be able to adapt and communicate with colleagues/stakeholders at various levels. You'll have a strong personality, produce competency and behaviour frameworks, with the ability to influence and drive decisions in a qualified team.
