Our client, a successful, global organisation, now requires an experienced E-Commerce Executive, who will join the E-Commerce team and help continue to evolve and grow their significant e-commerce operation across the European business region.
With flexible, hybrid working arrangements, the role will be based in their EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Head Office.
The Role:
As the E-Commerce Executive, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- working collaboratively with divisional and local colleagues to drive e-commerce growth initiatives
- supporting regions with creating and executing their online e-commerce activation plans
- working with development teams to business case and implement new features and functionality for websites
- developing case studies and best practices across all channels to ensure products are displayed consistently across online touchpoints, through online merchandising
- acting as super user in e-commerce activation tools (Adobe Commerce, HCL Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager)
- gathering and defining requirements for new product and campaign launches, reporting on outcomes and overall performance
The Candidate:
Ideally of graduate standard, preferably from within a commercial, marketing, or digital based discipline, for the role of E-Commerce Executive, candidates will also be able to demonstrate that they have / are:
- previous work experience in a same or similar role, working with commerce channels and understanding how to manage and track sales performance
- experience with website and e-commerce CMS tools (Adobe Commerce (Magento) preferable)
- experience of managing product data and content on websites
- a strong understanding of D2C marketing and content, with experience of working with cross functional teams to activate e-commerce sales channels
- previous experience of launching projects and products on e-commerce websites
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and findings into actionable recommendations and meaningful insights, to improve trading performance
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to clearly prioritise workloads and tasks, being used to multi-tasking
- excellent communication skills with the ability to be flexible, creative and thrive in a challenging environment
- an organised and pro-active individual, who demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
- able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative to meet required targets and deadlines
European language skills would be a benefit but are not essential.
Applicants for this role should hold a full current UK driving licence and also note that there will be some travel within the EMEIA region with this role.
