Role Objectives
As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts forward. You'll be responsible for:
- Executing and Optimising Campaigns: Generate leads and increase revenue through dynamic online, email, and more campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Monitor web traffic, grow our email database, and provide insightful campaign performance analysis to recommend improvements.
- Product Management: Ensure accuracy across all platforms by managing product data and web images, and collaborating with internal teams to keep product information up-to-date.
- Website and User Experience: Enhance website performance and user experience.
- Social Media and Email Marketing: Execute engaging social media campaigns and lead email marketing initiatives to retain and attract customers.
- Innovative Strategies: Explore new strategies to expand our online reach, aligning your efforts with marketing and sales teams, and staying informed about industry trends.
What You Bring to the Riot
- Marketing Tools Expertise: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar marketing tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of marketing techniques, data analysis, and digital tools.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills for handling inbound communications via web and email.
- Project Management: Proactive, highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
