Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will have the chance to build your experience by contributing to various stages of project delivery, including:
- Assisting in the design and preparation of detailed technical drawings.
- Producing calculations and engineering design reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.
- Ensuring designs adhere to all relevant safety, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in site visits, where you can observe the practical implementation of your designs.
- Supporting senior engineers in problem-solving and risk assessments for ongoing projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Familiarity with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to approach engineering challenges in a structured and logical manner.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
