Your duties include:
- Handling a diverse caseload involving fitness-to-practice proceedings with regulatory bodies for healthcare professionals
- Provide legal support for healthcare professionals in inquests, local NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims, and criminal investigations
Requirements:
- A qualified solicitor with 8+ PQE
- Proven expertise in healthcare regulatory matters
- Management experience
