Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a outsourcing warehouse and logistics company in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to work from their site in Wrexham.

For the successful Customer Service Administrator our client is offering:

  • Salary up to £25,000 - £25,480 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 8.00am till 5.00pm
  • Permanent position
  • Benefits: Free parking, 20 days + Bank Holidays + Pension + Annual Bonus

The role - Customer Service Administrator:

  • Responsible for acting as a point of contact for the business and internal employees (warehouse and logistics staff)
  • Processing customer orders
  • Assisting with changes to orders at customer request
  • Support the office management team with administrative requests
  • Manage email inbox for enquiries

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator :

  • Previous customer service experience gained from a manufacturing, logistics, production or supply chain environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills - ESSENTIAL
  • Order Processing experience - ESSENTIAL
