We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Debt Recovery Manager to join our client's team on a temporary basis. If you have experience in managing financial assessments and debt recovery functions, we want to hear from you! ??

?? Contract Details:

  • Contract Type: Temporary (likely extension)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 3 months
  • Working Pattern: Full Time
  • PAY RATE£30 - £35 per hour PAYE or umbrella options available.

  • The position is based in Twickenham - Mostly home working but maybe required to visit the office when required.

�? Our client, a leading organisation in the Adult Social Care and Public Health Finance sector, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to take charge of their Shared Financial Assessment Service. As the Financial Assessments Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of financial assessments for individuals receiving adult social care and public health services. ??

�? Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and motivational leadership to staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Oversee the management of resources, adapting work methods to changing environments and national policies.
  • Implement effective staff management practises, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Support senior managers on service and operational matters.
  • Collaborate with relevant organisations to establish effective partnership working.

?? Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of the charging framework for adult social services.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of legislation relating to Adult Social Services.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing a Financial Assessment Team.
