Dispensing Assistant - (small friendly warehouse environment)

We are looking for a Dispensing Assistant to join our small, friendly pharmaceutical business. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on dispensing NHS prescriptions to community patients. If you have a keen interest in the pharmacy sector and are looking for an opportunity to grow and potentially become qualified in other roles, we would love to hear from you. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Printing and arranging prescriptions in an organised manner.
- Adding delivery details to the IT system accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting stock control and managing the receipt of stock.
- Checking pharmacy stock to ensure availability and prevent discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good all-around IT skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to learning and personal development.
- Interest in working within the pharmacy business.
- No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
