Senior Business Analyst

We are working with a prestigious university in Central London to recruit for a Senior Business Analyst to join an exciting programme focused around Digital Education. They are looking for candidates with strong all-round BA experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships across the university. This post will be offered as a 2-year fixed-term contract.

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum
Duration: 2-year fixed-term contract
Location: Central London (minimum on-site expectation twice per week)
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in:
- Liaising with stakeholders at all levels across the university to gather business requirements
- Challenging and improving current business processes, addressing any gaps or redundancies
- Developing and presenting solutions to address business issues
- Facilitating and leading workshops to gather requirements, analyse options, and develop process models
- Analysing data flows and designing end-to-end solutions ensuring data integrity
- Leading UAT and training for implemented solutions
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst operating at a senior level within a team
- Led scoping work on a large-scale project
- Experience with process design and running workshops
- Critical thinking skills and ability to understand a diverse set of user needs and business requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negotiate with and influence others
