Description
- Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Monitor and manage the organisation's budget and financial forecasts.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A full accountancy Qualification
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee a team.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and auditors.
