Exciting opportunity for Technical/Telecoms Support Engineer, with a focus on VoIP to join a growing telecommunications organisation based in Croydon
This role involves providing 1st and 2nd line technical support within the telecoms and connectivity sector.

Day to Day of the role:
- Provide technical support across entire product portfolio, with a focus on VoIP.
- Assist in diagnosing faults across all platforms and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
- Interact with clients through tickets, emails, and calls, offering clear communication of technical topics to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of the platform and processes.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to see support scenarios through to completion.
- Expand knowledge across a wide portfolio of services, platforms, and suppliers, with a self-starting attitude and a drive to find solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in 1st / 2nd line technical support within the telecoms and connectivity sector.
- Ideally some knowledge of BT / Openreach procedures or TalkTalk, Virgin, and Sky systems
- Experience with VoIP is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
