Temporary with potential for permanent- £12.50-13.85/hour

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's Client is a medium sized and extremely busy business who provide staffing and expertise to council projects. They are looking to grow their administrative team with an office coordinator, who will support with general office admin work like basic bookkeeping, compliance and managing the office diary.

The Role:

  • Raising purchase orders and uploading receipts onto finance system
  • Manage the office diary and take notes in meetings
  • Assisting with applications for future council projects
  • Overseeing and maintaining compliance in preparation for internal audits

The Ideal Office Coordinator will have:

  • Strong experience in an office administrative role
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to delegate workloads
  • Experience with bookkeeping would be highly desirable
  • Experience working on applications to councils would be a huge benefit, but not required
  • Ability to work on site in Stoke Prior (South of Bromsgrove) 5 days per week
  • Immediately available and comfortable starting on a temp basis, with the potential to be made permanent
