This world leading global SaaS / Financial Services organisation is now seeking a talented Web Content Writer for a 6 month contract at their UK headquarters in central London. Can be a hybrid role.
Duties:
- Generate new content for assigned product areas to provide in-product, self-service and assisted support information that helps customers use the company's products.
- Research user needs and understand assigned products.
- Creates new content using UI and GenAI specifications.
- Provides input into templates, web page look and feel, and document presentation.
- Coordinates with SMEs, and other Tech Writers and Sr. Tech Writers, across timezones, to ensure that they are focusing on the critical aspects.
Skills
- 5 years + Web Content writing experience
- Familiar with Content Management Systems i.e. WordPress and Jira
- UI and GenAI specifications
- Excellent communications skills
- Financial, accountancy background would prove very useful
