Learning Support Assistant - Alternative Education Provision Durham, DH7
We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join an alternative education provision in Meadowfield, Durham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people who require extra support to achieve their full potential.
Role Highlights:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support
- Help students overcome barriers to learning
- Work in a nurturing, flexible environment
- Well established supportive workforce in place
- Working hours 9:00 am- 2:30 pm
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting young people (desirable)
- Passion for making a positive difference
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable
- Sense of humour and a resilient nature essential

Part Time, 5 days per week
