This is an opportunity for a confident B2B Marketing Manager to join a global organisation based in Newark/Lincs. This well-established company have a fantastic reputation in the construction industry and have worked on a number of high-profile projects with well-known brands like Amazon, Lidl and many more. This is a permanent position which can be worked hybrid (3 days a week in the office) and comes with a generous basic salary up to £40k with additional car allowance and bonus.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the promotion and practical delivery of all Marketing and Brand strategies for the Company, including go-to-market launches, advertising, email campaigns, events, social media, building marketing programmes and campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and reporting on marketing metrics.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day to day marketing and brand activities across the group
- Development and implementation of the marketing plan for the business, ensuring SMART marketing objectives are set
- Building and managing a rich content strategy for Marketing, Branding and PR that attracts a qualified audience to owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, e-books, reports, presentations, social media, website articles, newsletters, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Manage the Company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
- Responsibility for securing high-quality photography and video from project sites across the UK in collaboration with film production agencies
- Manage the development and enhancement the Company's employer brand, with aim of strategic approach to attracting new employees, presenting an attractive and positive workplace
- Maintain effective internal communications, keeping employees informed of Company developments
- Enhance customer advocacy (including feedback, referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), and increasing loyalty and retention as an outcome
- Represent the Company by developing relationships with ‘key' media coverage both online and offline
- Manage the improvement of organic (SEO) and goal setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Specifically: Organic website, social media, content optimisation and negotiating backlinks
- Manage the marketing budget, forecasts, generating reporting to senior management, demonstrating ROI and other key measured targets
- Manage the organisation of promotional events, exhibitions and learning seminars, attending when required to facilitate their success
This opportunity would suit a strong multi-channel all-rounder with proven experience in marketing and communications for a B2B product focussed business. You will have strong project management skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms with a good knowledge of online marketing and social media strategy. You will also have an analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making, but also be able to offer creative thinking and problem-solving.
