Peronal Injury Solicitor
We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our client's team in Hartlepool. Our client, a well-established legal firm in the area, is known for delivering high-quality legal services to their diverse range of clients.
As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to settlement. Your duties will include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, negotiating settlements, and attending court hearings. You will work closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the process.
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable experience working as a Personal Injury Solicitor, with a strong understanding of the legal principles governing personal injury law. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
