A prestigious firm are seeking a Business Analyst to become a key member of their Product Delivery Team. The role involves providing technical project management, business analysis, and ensuring that IT projects are designed and managed efficiently to meet time and budget constraints. The successful candidate will be part of a wider IT Team that covers a broad range of IT functions within the business.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organisation's goals and objectives, analysing the business environment, industry trends, and internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units, identifying substandard systems processes through data evaluation, and providing documented evidence of requirements with effective solutions.
  • Utilise process mapping and analysis skills to streamline processes and remove inefficiencies, serving as a thought leader for technical business processes.
  • Work within the Product Delivery Team to ensure a robust Agile project management/delivery methodology is followed across IT projects.
  • Engage in data analysis to provide insights that support decision-making processes during the scoping of projects.
  • Work directly with various firm members on the analysis and design of projects, including initial documentation, periodic review during implementation, and technical governance throughout the project's lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a Business Analyst at Lv4 qualification.
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • High proficiency in technical writing such as UML, Process Modelling, Wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
  • Experience with data visualisation and analytics.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio or similar.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
