Focus 5 Recruitment is searching for an SEO Executive to work (hybrid) with a growing and ambitious digital marketing agency in Ormskirk. In this SEO Executive role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, bringing an innovative and strategic approach to their work.
Working with B2C clients across ecommerce and retail, you can expect to work with a range of established household names as well as up and coming unicorn brands set to shake up the industry. The agency are on a real growth curve and as such are able to offer great career and development prospects.

Responsibilities of SEO Executive
- Co-develop SEO strategies, including defining and communicating the appropriate KPIs to measure performance.
- Execute the agreed strategy, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality.
- Continuously innovate and incorporate creativity into account strategies and activities, staying ahead of industry developments.
- Work effectively with Account Executives to support them in delivering key aspects of work for your client base, including briefing tasks, packaging work, reviewing completed work and providing appropriate feedback.
- Keep the business and team software up-to-date and organized to facilitate effective reporting.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their business and commercial objectives, and tailor activities and reporting to directly address these goals.
Experience required for SEO Executive role:
- At least 2 years' experience within a digital agency environment, developing both technical SEO skills and client facing skills.
- Experience working with fewer larger retained clients rather than a high volume of smaller clients preferred but not necessary.
- Demonstrated success in managing campaigns.
- Proven ability to build rapport and develop meaningful client relationships, understanding and communicating their business and commercial objectives.
- Genuine passion for SEO, with a strong eagerness to learn and implement best practices and new industry developments across accounts.
- Strong team spirit, balancing individual client responsibilities with the needs and challenges of the wider team.
