Salary: £34,000 per annum

We are in search of a highly organised individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. In this role, you will offer comprehensive support to directors and assist with a variety of project-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience in project management and be highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, experience with preparing in-house photograph's and video shoots, as well as photographing new products, is greatly valued.

As a Project Assistant, your will require you to:

  • Support directors in all project-related tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing project documentation.
  • Manage a mix of desk-based (70%) and active, hands-on product support tasks (30%)
  • Provide coverage for the Head of Department when necessary
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of in-house photogrpah and video shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment and resources are available.
  • Take high-quality photographs of new products, ensuring they accurately represent the features and qualities of the products.
  • Maintain and update project-related files, documents, and databases.
  • Assist in the creation of project reports, presentations, and other project-related materials using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Monitor project time lines and deadlines, providing regular updates to the directors and team members.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience in project work is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in executing tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in preparing in-house photo and video shoots is a plus.
  • Knowledge of photography techniques and ability to take high-quality photos is desirable.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
