Konker is recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning architectural practice based in Gloucester.
This practice consists of over 100 hard-working and creative staff members across 3 separate offices.
They operate in a variety of sectors including education, sport and leisure, commercial, residential, healthcare, community, and mixed-use.
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be offered mentoring & support for your Part 3. They have recent success of staff completing their Part 3's who joined as a Part 2 so you will be given the right mentoring/support and also case studies to be successful.
With their Gloucester office, it is based centrally with paid parking close to the office for all team members. They also offer hybrid working which is three days in the office and two days at home along with other company benefits.
The office is modern and well designed with many staff events happening regularly within the business and across all three offices.
Due to winning a substantial amount of new projects and exploring different growth opportunities within the practice, it is an exciting time to join them.
The Position: Part 2 Architectural Assistant
- Working on a wide range of projects but likely to focus on residential and/or commercial projects
- Using Revit on a daily basis with Revit training given
- Support & mentoring for your Part 3
- Working across different RIBA Stages
The salary for this Part 2 position ranges from £27,000-£32,000 depending on previous experience.
