Location: Central London
Salary:
- Basic Salary: £20,000-£25,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000-£60,000 or more, depending on experience
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:45pm
- No weekend work

Job Responsibilities
- Managing property lettings and providing outstanding service to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and prime clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions.
- Remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar role is preferred but not essential. More importantly, candidates should exhibit a positive and upbeat nature.
- Skills: Excellent communication and rapport-building skills are essential.
- Personal Attributes: Heaps of charm, friendly and reliable persona, strong work ethic, and the ability to remain poised under pressure.
