First Achieve's Engineering Division are seeking an Electrical Technician for their client based in Oakham who specialise in manufacturing of agricultural machinery.
This is a Permanent Dayshift position paying circa £13-14/hr.
You will be responsible for all aspects of electrical wiring and have a good understanding of wiring schematics and drawings.
- Will be familiar with 12v negative earth machine wiring.
- Complete final termination and connection of sprayer wiring into junction boxes.
- Perform functionality tests on all sprayer electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues on both new and used machines.
- Knowledge of agricultural or off-highway machinery is advantageous but not essential.
- Adapt to varying machine specifications and customer requirements.
- Report to the production supervisor.
- Work independently and take initiative.
Previous experience within electrical system assembly is required, however, company specific training will be provided.
