Project Assistant

An experienced Project Assistant within the travel industry to start a temporary to permanent role working in a busy team in London.

Chosen candidate will need 18 months Administrative assistant experience ideally in the travel industry and ideally degree-level educated or equivalent. An interest in business travel is ideal.

Key duties include providing full administrative team support, project assistance, research, compiling reports and Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel is required.

The ideal candidate will need to start asap and be deadline driven, ability to work independently as well as in a growing team and have a friendly, professional approach and be multitasking and have a positive and proactive approach. Strong attention to detail, discretion, and excellent communication skills are essential. Responsibilities also include assisting with presentations, organising client meetings, greeting visitors. The ability to work under pressure and liaise with various internal and external clients.
