Description

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations within the department.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
  • Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce insightful reports.
  • Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and planning process.
  • Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A professional accounting qualification or studying towards (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Experience within a healthcare environment is advantageous.
