We have partnered exclusively with one of East England's inspiring property development associations. Their aim is to provide affordable properties and quality housing services for neighbourhoods across the East. They're a fantastic organisation with plenty of involvement with local communities as well as national partnerships - and they're looking for a Data Analyst to help inform future investment decisions and improve their current processes.
The Role:
- Coordinate data collection and management across the business to support investment programs.
- Validate and audit data quality.
- Develop data validation rules and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve data issues and maintain data integrity.
- Work closely with management to support decision-making using data
- Optimise current systems, automate processes, and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with property data
- Strong data management skills
- SSRS reporting and SQL experience
- Civica Keystone experience
- Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Comfortable working remotely
