A UK Multi-National business has recently approached Mitchell Adam for assistance with their search for an experienced Finance Analyst. This organisation has been a staple of UK High-Streets for a number of years and has continued to expand at a healthy and impressive rate. The organisation is seeking to bring on an ambitious and experience individual with working with large data sets, producing comprehensive reports for Senior Management and experience with the budgeting and forecasting process. The organisation offers a fantastic progression pathway and provide study support and hybrid working. Their offices in Solihull are easily accessible by public transport and by car due to their free on-site parking.

This organisation has been expanding year by year and are looking to continue to expand their finance function. There are lots of fantastic projects to get involved with and this role provides some real opportunities to be involved with external stakeholders and senior management. Skills Required

  • To have a considerable amount of experience producing comprehensive reports and providing commentary to senior management, and to have experience and exposure to the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • To have passed a number of your ACCA and CIMA Examinations, and to have ambitions to continue with your studies.
  • To be a confident and outgoing person. This Finance Analyst role has variety of responsibilities which includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders originating from a varying level of seniority.
  • To have a strong work ethic and ambition to take on new tasks, as this role has some brilliant opportunities to develop and grow your existing experience.
