Part time Accounts Assistant
Brighouse
Salary £24,000 pro rata
Reporting to the Company Accountant we are looking for a part time accounts assistant to work 20 hours a week across 5 days. This is a 5 month fixed term contract with the possibility of an extension.
The business uses Sage and the role will include;
Purchase ledger
Check, code & input invoices
Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
Responding to supplier queries.
Reconcile & post monthly credit card statement ca
Sales Ledger
Opening new & maintaining existing customer accounts
Posting cash received to ledger accounts
Investigating resolving customer queries.
Production of monthly credit control report.
Petty cash control.
Any ad hoc duties as required by the business.
