Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers across a portfolio of work
- Manage and develop commissioning strategy and capability within UU, providing technical expertise for commissioning, planning, strategy and delivery
- Manage and deploy commissioning resource across a programme of works - including recruitment
- Report commissioning performance against strategy and KPI to the appropriate stakeholders
- Own the commissioning risks and constraints across the programme
- Stakeholder liaison at programme level
Skills & Experience:
To be successful with your application, you'll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:
- Chartered or Incorporated professional or demonstrable equivalent level of expertise.
- Strong technical competence and leadership skills, coupled with high levels of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to influence as well as direct technical solutions across the whole of UU
- Experience in leading successful modelling resource teams in a highly technical and commercial environment.
- Modelling experience needs to be in in the use of Innovyze InfoWorksTM ICM software.
- Hold a full UK/EU driving licence.
