Hays are working with a Secondary school in the Wirral as they are looking to recruit a Learning Assistant. This is a permanent full-time position starting from September.
Your new role
In your new role in the school, you will be supporting the teachers to deliver the curriculum. Understand the specific needs of the pupils to make sure their learning is as effective as possible. To facilitate 1:1 and group work with pupils and to encourage inclusion within the classroom.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered in your application, you must have full 'Right to work' in the UK as well as:
- GCSE English and Maths C or above
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Good relationship building skills
- Have an understanding of safeguarding
- Good level of written and verbal skills
