I am working with a college in Chelmsford who are seeking a dynamic and dedicated ICT Lecturer to join our team on an hourly paid basis. If you are passionate about teaching Information and Communication Technology and are available up to 4 days a week, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for teaching ICT to a range of students at different levels. We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable lecturer who can inspire learners and help them develop essential ICT skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in ICT, catering to different learning needs and levels.
- Plan and prepare lesson materials to ensure high-quality teaching.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where all learners can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with the ICT department to ensure a high standard of teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching ICT or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Passionate about ICT and committed to supporting students in achieving their goals.
