My client is an employer based near Mansfield, offering 2 days home working after initial training.
Description
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will support in the whole Accounts Payable process including but not limited to:
- Processing and scanning invoices onto the finance system
- Checking the validity of invoices and credit notes by 3 way matching (invoices to
purchase orders and goods received notes)
- Investigate and resolve supplier / payment issues
- Reconcile supplier statements to the ledger
- Other ad hoc duties
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be immediately available and can start on short notice
- Has experience working in a busy Accounts Payable environment
- Have access to a car
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a high attention to detail
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect an hourly rate of £12.50 - 13.50 per hour + an immediate start + 2 days home working after training
