What You'll Be Doing:
- Tech Hero: You'll support end-users by provisioning, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Infrastructure Guru: Manage and support critical IT infrastructure—think servers, firewalls, storage arrays, and even phone systems.
- Problem Solver: Respond to support calls with a customer-focused approach, keeping communication clear and resolving issues quickly.
- Disaster Recovery Pro: Test and optimise disaster recovery plans, ensuring business continuity like a champ.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support—you're comfortable being the go-to person for tech challenges.
- A solid understanding of various hardware, software vendors, and platforms. Variety is your friend!
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365—your cloud and collaboration toolkit.
- Bonus points if you've had exposure to Oracle, SQL databases, or Crystal Reports (but don't worry, they're not essential).
