£18ph-£19ph-ASAP start until July 10th

20-25 hours per week -flexible

Piccadilly Circus

Office Based -Mon-Friday

A leading and well-established investment firm with over 50 years in the industry require an experienced Office Manager to come on board and assist with the setting up of their new office space near Piccadilly Circus.

The role:

  • Orchestrating the setup up of new office and move out of current office
  • Assisting with operational procedures H&S and First Aid
  • Strong external relationships with suppliers and facility management
  • Liaising with building management and communicating with current office manager/EA
  • Liaising with building and facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, landlord and security system services.
  • Hold a valid first aid cert and Fire warden trained
  • Assisting with the layout of the new office

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager with office move/set up experience essential
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, operational IT management experience, budget management skills
  • Flexibility to work longer hours on some days
  • Excellent organisational skills and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
