We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service/Sales Advisor to join our team and contribute to our ethos of providing excellent customer service while driving sales for the company. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about engaging with customers and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Achieve financial targets for the store by identifying and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Understand and assess the potential of each customer to increase service and revenue.
  • Respond effectively to the diverse needs of customers, ensuring a personalised service.
  • Maintain the store to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
  • Comply with all company procedures consistently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to store financial targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to a variety of customer needs.
  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
