An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Caretaker to join our client's facilities team, working at a mixed-use development. The successful candidate will be dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity to apply for the permanent position.
Hours 8am - 4pm
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain the cleanliness of bin stores, ensuring they are tidy and hygienic.
- Keep the car park and underground car park stairwells clean and free from debris.
- Conduct regular litter picking to ensure communal public walkways are presentable.
- Engage with residents and the public, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns related to the upkeep of the development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with residents and the public.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
