We are working with a national company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are a fun, lively and fast-paced business, currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their thriving sales team.
About the job:
In this role, you will be selling the service the business supplies to other businesses that would benefit from it. This role offers excellent training, a fantastic commission structure, a great team to be a part of and daily, weekly, and monthly incentives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to business owners
- Taking inbound calls where necessary
- Introducing the services that the business offers
- Creating a great opportunity for the business development team to sign up new clients

- Previous experience in sales - face to face, or over the phone
- Great communication skills
- Ability to build relationships
- Keen to succeed
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Driven by earning potential and career progression

- Annual salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30
