The successful Account Manager (Services) will be responsible for...
- Management of customers' accounts in respect of contractual commitments (SLA, commercial pricing & negotiation).
- Development of customers' accounts in a focus of cost efficiency (management of tenders).
- Budgeting, margin analysis contribution in conjunction with relevant departments/colleagues.
- Monitoring the implementation of services in accordance with the specification; develop KPI coordination within internal departments
- Coordination of sub-contractor activities; commercial proposals/negotiations.
- Construction and/or assistance of the sales prices for UK services
- Management of tariff developments (fuel, revisions, new cost elements)
- Construction and management of UK Development Budget (in conjunction with Head of Sales & other department leads)
- Participation in UK activity tenders
Profile
The successful Account Manager (Services) will need...
- We are looking for service-led Account Managers who have a few years' experience managing large accounts
- Ideally experience being on the road or working in a territory as this is a UK-wide role
- Logistics experience isn't necessary, but is ideal. You must have an interest in the logistics/car space.
- Strong, demonstrable sales experience with sales targets to support
- Strong organisational and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- A customer-oriented mindset.

- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum
