Responsibilities:
- Work alongside two skilled welders in the weld shop, assisting them in gathering piece parts and welding fixtures.
- Maintain an organised inventory and put away received piece parts in designated locations.
- Utilise basic knowledge of engineering drawings and computer skills to identify missing parts.
- Opportunity to learn additional tasks such as shot blasting parts and spot welding simple components after receiving training.
- Ensure seamless production by being motivated, working independently, and maintaining a high level of organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess an engineering awareness and demonstrate a strong work ethic. They should be proactive in identifying missing parts, have good computer skills, and be able to work independently. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
