As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilites and help children meet their developmental milestones.
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Participate in off-site learning opportunities, supporting the children in varied settings.
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to prioritise progress.
You will:
- Have experience working with children and a reference to support it.
- ENHANCED DBS or willingness to obtain one.
- Live local to Hemel Hempstead or within a commutable distance.
