Junior Service Desk Analyst

We are working with a large organisation who are looking for someone to work as part of their Service Desk. The role will be to provide support to users across the business, acting as first point of contact for all technical issues, logging the issue on the system and escalating to senior teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within a customer focused role, dealing with direct customer contact, resolving issues and providing a strong service.
  • Ability to use a call logging system to track customer issues and keep them informed on the status of their issue.
  • Knowledge of Windows based operating systems, Active Directory and Exchange with any knowledge of Azure cloud environments a real must.
  • Experience of software installation, building laptops and desktops, mobile phones
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
