This role is based in Wellingborough and paying between £24,000.00 and £26,000.00 per annum. The role is working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales operation, ensuring it runs seamlessly. Here's what you'll be doing:
- You're the friendly voice on the other end of the line, handling calls, taking messages, and tackling customer queries.
- Keep the lines of communication flowing efficiently, managing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Be the paperwork wizard, ensuring all documents are in tip-top shape for order processing.
- Forge connections with suppliers, making sure mistakes are minimised.
- You're not just part of the team; you're leading it! Providing guidance and pivotal updates to our clients and sales team.
- Get tech-savvy by using online ordering systems.
- Keep things organised by ensuring all data is uploaded to the system.
- Be the bridge connecting internal teams.
